Frequently asked questions
What counts as an "athlete" for billing?
Any member of your club counts toward your athlete total, active or not. This is intentional — we encourage coaches to keep their roster current and use our reminder tools to re-engage inactive members.
What happens if I go over 20 athletes mid-month?
No mid-cycle charge. Overages are calculated at the start of each billing cycle based on your current roster size — so any athletes you add over 20 show up on your next monthly invoice, not the one you're already inside.
Can I remove athletes to reduce my bill?
Yes, but the saving takes effect the following billing cycle. Your invoice is based on your peak roster size during the month — the highest number of athletes you had at any point. Removing an athlete mid-cycle doesn't change that month's charge, but it lowers your starting count for next month.
Do demo users count toward my athlete total?
No. The 4 demo athletes seeded when you first create your club are excluded from billing. Remove them any time via your club settings.
What is the difference between a coach seat and an athlete seat?
A coach / admin seat gives someone the full coach view — roster dashboard, athlete impersonation, invites, exports. An athlete seat is just a tracked member of the roster. The Club plan includes one coach seat; additional coaches are $5/month each.
How does Elite pricing work for larger rosters?
Elite is $5/month per athlete for your first 5 Elite athletes. Additional Elite athletes beyond 5 are $3/month each. A coach with 8 Elite athletes pays (5 × $5) + (3 × $3) = $34/month for Elite seats on top of their base club plan.
Can I disable Elite for an athlete mid-cycle?
Elite requires a 3-month minimum commitment per athlete, billed monthly. After the minimum period, you can disable Elite for any athlete at the start of the next billing cycle. We built it this way because the features — meal timing, supplement protocols, competition prep — take a full training cycle to show real results. Each time you re-enable Elite for an athlete, a fresh 3-month minimum starts.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed through Stripe. We never touch your card details directly.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your club settings; your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period and then ends — no additional charge.
Is my data really mine?
Yes. You can export every athlete's macro and weight history as a CSV at any time — one click, no waiting.
If you leave the platform, your account data and all progress photos are permanently deleted immediately on cancellation. Export anything you want to keep before you go.
While you're an active member, progress photos are automatically removed 730 days after upload — two full years worth of photo history. You'll get a 30-day in-app warning before any photo is removed so you can download anything you want to keep.
